Menu Monday: Heather's Chicken Pot Pie

One of my dearest friends, Heather, gave me a delicious recipe for Chicken Pot Pie when we were in college together. It's super simple and so delicious!

Ingredients:
1 box (2 pieces) Pillsbury pre-made pie crust
1 bag frozen peas
1 bag frozen carrots
1 box of Perdue pre-cooked chicken
2 cans of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup (don't water it down.)

Instructions:
1. Put thawed crust on the bottom of a pie dish.
2. Add layer of peas, carrots, chicken, and mushroom soup, then repeat with the second layer.
3. Add top of pie crust and mold sides together.
4. Cut slits in the top and brush the top with milk.
5. Cook at 350 until slightly browned and bubbly.
