Wednesday, Oui? That's news to me.

I love the news. As depressing as it is I love to know what's going on in the world, especially locally. I have been a self-diagnosed-internet-news-junky for several years, and we all know how much I love entertainment gossip. Recently, I started reading the newspaper- more specifically, the Union Leader.

There isn't much to report about this subject. I'm certainly not going to bore you with describing my favorite things to read in the paper (editorials) or my least favorite (sports and comics) and why this is so, but what I will tell you is that I love to read the paper with a cup of tea after I get home from work, or on the weekend, in bed.

I'm writing about the Union Leader as my Oui for one reason and one reason alone. Almost every morning my father-in-law, Jim, brings the previous day's paper to my house, tied in a Hannaford bag, and leaves it on my porch for me to enjoy when I get home from work.

I know I sound like a spoiled brat sometimes, but I really do appreciate how incredibly good Aaron and his entire family treat me. How sweet is it that Jim comes here, almost every morning, to drop off the paper? Unbelievable. It's actually a seven-day per week Oui...

Dad M., I hope you know how much I adore you and appreciate everything you do for us.

No way, Dad M! That is one of my favorite memories of 10/10/09. You danced with me twice that night. XO
