Face-off Photography

Since Aaron and I met we've had a recurring theme with our photography. We love to take pictures of us. Not "oh we love to have pictures of us" more "we love to take our own pictures." Almost every picture we have of us, as a couple, is from the neck up. It's something we started as a joke and has now become a resounding theme in the Molloy household.

Often times we've been in public, bracing ourselves, carefully positioning to capture a memory, when a bystander approaches and offers "would you like me to take that for you?" we courteously reply, "Oh no thanks, we're all set, but thank you!" The helpful stranger usually skulks off feeling slightly miffed at the rebuff assuming we think they will steal our camera... but that's not it at all. We have a theme and we are upholding it.

Word to the wise... we know you want to be helpful and we aren't being rude we just love taking our own pictures ;)
