This is how my Wednesday has been:
This morning our parking lot was flooded, part of the highway was closed, I forgot my boots so I got soaked and had to stay that way all day, many of my clients didn't show up due to the weather, and the agency closed at 4:00 but forgot to let our building know, so we were all working away like idiots while the rest of the company was traveling safely home in the daylight.
In the car on my way home, (I probably should have been in a canoe) I called Aaron to tell him... "everything that could possibly go wrong today did.. I don't have a Oui!"
Oh contraire my friends, thanks to you... and Aaron, y'all made sure I have a Oui...
I came home to read a ton of comments on my blog, one of which was a friend telling me she missed my voice...
and from Aaron, my favorite treat...
Do I have the best people in my life or what?
OUI!!!

Addicted to Love
So, I have been working crazy hours at work lately, which partly explains my lack-luster blogging. When I get home I am just so tired and wired; and when I wake (my prime blogging time) I don't have the energy.
Last night when I got home from work, an hour and a half late, I was overtired and crazy silly. I was feeling HATEFUL, and I decided to torment Aaron with the camera, getting several good videos, some of which I will share here.
Aaron, completly exhausted too, is trying to coax me into making the grocery list and I am just not into it. In his moment of weakness, he admitted to his "problem."
And, no Aaron does not have an accent. Often, we will just speak in accents for no reason (mostly when we are tired or silly.)

Keep coming back!
I know how disappointing it is to go blog surfing, only to find the same title over and over each time you check for an update.
My internet at home is "down" so I can't post. Hopefully it will be back in time for "Wednesday, Oui?" I just wanted to let you all know so you didn't wonder what terrible thing happened that interrupted the Adventures of Aaron & Jessi. All is well; we are fine, happy and healthy, just experiencing technical difficulties. Please stand by and keep checking for an update.

The Sexy Cat
I know I have mentioned Rocko Santa Fe in several postings, most notably here. Well, he's done it now. He's over the top. He's just so hot, literally.
The other night I was in the kitchen talking to my mother on the phone as Aaron and I were baking a cake. Per usual the animals were scattered throughout the house with Rocko laying on the table (again, per usual). It's normal practice to burn candles in my house. Well, at same exact time Aaron and I noticed that Rocko has rested his tail on the candle and set himself of fire. He was completely oblivious that his little puff of hair on the tip of his tail was burning.
I was laughing as Aaron frantically extinguished the fire. Rocko, still had no clue, he purred as Aaron smoldered the flames.
All looks. No brains.

He needs a haircut so badly!

$10,000 and Schwag
The MetLife ProAm Cycling Team helped to raise approximately $10,000 at the race on Super Bowl Sunday in Boston. All of the money will benefit the Jimmy Fund and The Dana Farber Cancer Institute. A BIG thank you to all who attended, supported, and organized this event.
While in Boston, MetLife Cycling had their "team meeting" where the team discussed logistics, budgeting, training, and established their race calendar. Aaron did not come home empty handed, but came bearing gifts of schwag for me (if you forgot what schwag is, click here) my favorite, Luna Bars and plenty of Vitamin Water... whoo hooo. I heart schwag.
